Can I get a refund?
If you register for a project and do not feel it is a good match for you, we ask that you email us within 2 business days, and we are happy to give you refund or exchange it for another project of your choice. It is our mission to make professional education a meaningful, seamless, and rewarding experience. We don't want anyone to feel unhappy or "stuck" with a project they know is not a good match for them. How often do you add new programs/projects?
We continually add new documentary films, novels, and videos to our programs to give interpreters new choices and current offerings. Like us on Facebook to keep informed!
What if I complete my project on 12/31 and I need the credits posted for that calendar year?
RID rules state that CEUs must be postmarked by 12/31, or delivered electronically by 12/31 at 11:59pm to receive credit in that calendar year. RID Sponsors then have 30 days to post these credits to the previous year's transcript. So as long as we receive your completed project by these rules, your CEUs will be posted in the previous calendar year, marked as completed on 12/31 (or the date it was postmarked or received).
