Can I get a refund?
If you register for a project and do not feel it is a good match for you, we ask that you email us within 2 business days, and we are happy to give you refund or exchange it for another project of your choice. It is our mission to make professional education a meaningful, seamless, and rewarding experience. We don't want anyone to feel unhappy or "stuck" with a project they know is not a good match for them. If a project requires on-line activities that you cannot log into or use the system, we will always give you a refund. But please note: if you begin working on a project, do not complete a project, or contact us more than 2 days after you receive your registration documents, a refund may not be granted. But we always will look for alternative exchanges if you contact us later than this 2-day time frame.
