Can I earn specific Ethics Credits with these projects?
Yes! Any of our projects that are focused on professional ethics study will have the Specialization Category of PROFESSIONAL ETHICS STUDIES listed on your Certificate of Completion to present to your licensing or certification board as required.
Can I get a refund?
If you register for a project and do not feel it is a good match for you, we ask that you email us within 2 business days, and we are happy to give you refund or exchange it for another project of your choice. It is our mission to make professional education a meaningful, seamless, and rewarding experience. We don't want anyone to feel unhappy or "stuck" with a project they know is not a good match for them. Why aren't the books and films included in the program price?
iCEU Central must adhere to copyright laws for all the intellectual property that inspires our curriculum. The price of our programs include: the curriculum and RID CEUs processing fees. The books and films need to be obtained by the participants independently for us to stay within these legal guidelines. (The only exception to this is open source materials like the Medical Terminology Workbook that is provided upon registration.) How often do you add new programs/projects?
We continually add new documentary films, novels, and videos to our programs to give interpreters new choices and current offerings. Like us on Facebook to keep informed!
Can I get BEI and other Non-RID credit?
Yes, we service all interpreters and state licensure/certification organizations for Continuing Education Credits that accept the RID stamp of approval. Your Certificate of Completion will list the education clock hours and CE Units (CEUs) for state board requirements (i.e.: BEI, ACET, & spoken-language interpreter certifications) as well as the RID CEU total. Reminder: Check the requirements for document submission with your organization and we will be sure you get what you need.
