Pre-Approved PINRAs for RID CEUs

What is a PINRA?

A Participant Initiated Non-RID Activity (PINRA) is an event (workshop, class, conference, training, etc) sponsored by an organization or institution not associated with RID, that offers professional development opportunities with continuing education credits (CEs) for a professional organization other than RID.  Examples are CEs for teaching certificates, legal aids, and medical professionals. The number of CEs, how they are calculated, and the learning objectives must be clearly documented in the organizations’ advertisement of the training.  RID members have these CEs be translated to RID CEUs, using the pre-approved RID PINRA process via a single, selected RID CMP Sponsor.

How do I get PINRA CEU credit?

PINRAs must be pre-approved by a single-source RID CMP Sponsor before engagement/attendance.  iCEU Central now has a library of pre-approved PINRAs for you to choose from!  Below is a list of organizations’ events have been pre-approved by Ginevra Deianni, RID CMP Sponsor. Professional Studies credit is granted with justification during the PINRA process. RID credit for these pre-approved organizations can only be granted by Ginevra through this iCEU Central PINRA registration within 45 days of completion

Note:  If you have a conference or event that you would like to attend that is not from the pre-approved organizations below, contact Ginevra Deianni, RID CMP Sponsor directly at manager@iceucentral.com. She will request the necessary information from you to review & approve the event – which must be completed before you attend.  These customized events each cost $30, regardless of length.
